ChangeFusion is a Bangkok-based organization that grows social entrepreneurs for creative and sustainable change. We support and invest into social enterprises. The organization also helps strengthen the ecosystems of social enterprises in Thailand and in Asia.  And its portfolio of social enterprises are working in various areas such as web & mobile tech, sustainable agriculture, sustainable tourism / community-based tourism, affordable healthcare, community-scale renewable energy, fair trade and more.

ChangeFusion is a non-profit institute under the Thai Rural Reconstruction Movement Foundation under the Royal Patronage.

ChangeFusion’s model focuses on providing support to social enterprises in the areas of mentoring, investing, and networking. Under ‘mentoring’, the organization advises and coaches social enterprises on their business strategies, social impact measurements, marketing including branding and design, and partnership development among others. In terms of ‘investing’, the organization supports the social enterprises financially through appropriate funding programs based on the stage of development of the individual social enterprise. In addition to this, the organization helps with fund raising. Lastly, in terms of ‘networking’, the organization helps social enterprises connect with strategic partners as well as facilitates market access.
